At Gecko Vanguard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.


⏳ Return Eligibility


We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

✔ Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

✔ Item is not damaged or altered in any way.

✔ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.


Note: Certain products, such as personalized items or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., mouthguards), may not be eligible for return.


🚀 How to Request a Return

1. Message us on our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.

2. Wait for Approval – We will review your request and provide return instructions.

3. Ship the Item Back – The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


💰 Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us.


⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

Final sale items (marked as non-returnable).

Damaged or used products (unless defective upon arrival).

Late returns (beyond the 30-day period).
